Japanese language support for ship's store delivery

Deliveries are made to Houston and New Orleans and other major ports in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida with our own drivers.

On request, stores can be delivered to major ports on the east and west coasts of the USA, as well as in Panama and Brazil.

Urea water sales business in the North American region has also been launched. A service network has been established with a US chemical company at major ports to meet customer needs for urea water consumed for catalytic converters on board ships subject to NOx3 regulations.
Japanese language support by Japanese staff is also available.

After-sales service for ballast water treatment system (BWTS)

FAR EAST MARINE SERVICES LLC. has two Japanese engineers and undertakes repair work as an official after-sales service agent for TECHCROSS INC. of Korea, JFE Engineering Corporation and Kuraray of Japan. The service is highly customer-satisfying, with the ability to dispatch engineers and carry out repair work in North, Central and South America and the Caribbean area.

Repair business

FAR EAST MARINE SERVICES LLC. has secured a business contract with a Japanese ship equipment manufacturer to provide a range of after-sales services in the North and Central American region. Services include repairs and electrical work on main switchboards, engine room monitoring devices and various starters, inspection of inert gas equipment, deck cranes and steering gear can be serviced by engineers trained by the manufacturer. Engineers can also be sent to the site to provide supervision services on behalf of the shipyard for guarantee work and maritime accident.
